At Large Property Owner

Bobby Maly

  • As CEO since 2020, Bobby is responsible for setting direction and strategy for The Model Group. For the 16 years prior to his role as CEO, Bobby directed The Model Group's daily operating activities as COO and led Model Property Development. He has helped create and implement some of the most innovative development finance structures in the country in Model’s efforts to help revitalize urban communities in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.

    Working with key neighborhood development agencies and community partners, Bobby has played a lead role in some of the most transformational urban mixed-use developments in Ohio and Indiana the last 20 years. These major transformations include Over-the-Rhine’s nationally-recognized revitalization, the Dayton Arcade District, The Landing District in Fort Wayne and Cincinnati’s Mercantile Library block adjacent to Fountain Square. In addition, he has played a central role in developing and financing much of Model’s highly impactful affordable housing in Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana. He has led over $1 billion in real estate development and construction.

    Bobby is active in local civic organizations, including the Cincinnati YPO Board, the City of Cincinnati’s Housing Advisory Board, the Ohio Housing Council Executive Committee, the St. Xavier HS Facilities Committee, and the OTR Special Improvement District Executive Committee where he serves as current Board Chair. Recently, he co-chaired the successful legislative effort to bring a Workforce Housing Tax Credit to Ohio in 2023.

    In the past, he has held leadership roles in the OTR Chamber of Commerce, the Northern Kentucky Scholar House board, and various political campaigns focused on a healthy Cincinnati urban core.

    Bobby earned a BA from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland. He lives in Cincinnati with his wife and four children.

Dan Baranowski

  • Dan Baranowski is an asset manager with Eagle Realty Group, the real estate division of The Western & Southern Life Insurance Company. His responsibilities include Brackett Village, a multi-family project developed by Eagle Realty Group and located in the Over-The-Rhine neighborhood of Cincinnati. Dan served a four year term on the Board of Trustees.

Large Property Owner

Todd Voelkerding

  • Voelkerding, a 2001 graduate of the University of Cincinnati, is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati. Todd spent nearly 7 years with KPMG, earning the rank of Senior Manager in the audit practice. He then moved to Medpace, where he spent 10 years in various roles in the accounting & finance department, including Corporate Controller, Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, and Executive Director of Finance. During his time at Medpace, Todd had financial oversight responsibility related to Medpace’s campus development in Madisonville, participated in two private equity sale transactions of the business, and was heavily involved in the company’s IPO in 2016. Todd joined Urban Sites in September 2018.

Greg Badger

  • Greg Badger moved to Over the Rhine in 2001, and has made it his home ever since. After a successful career working with academic and corporate libraries for 20 years, he started a development company in Over the Rhine in 2002. With a passion for historic neighborhoods and buildings, he has developed properties in South OTR, Pendleton, and in the Findlay Market area. In 2005 he created the first condos North of Liberty Street on Dunlap Street.

Andy Hutzel

  • Director of Housing Services for OTRCH. Has worked with OTRCH for 30 years.

Residential Single Family or Condo Owner

Paul Kalomeres

  • Kalomeres is a twelve year resident of OTR with professional backgrounds in both information technology and social services and has actively served on a number of community boards. His volunteer efforts within OTR have focused on utilizing the diversity of talents and experiences within the community to equitably enhance the quality of life for not only the people of OTR, but also the larger community that has made OTR such a focal point of the city.

Judy Cosset

  • Cossett is a highly personable, intelligent former executive. She is new to the neighborhood and very interested in the Board’s success.

Jake Zarobsky

  • Zarobsky is a software engineer with the Federal Home Loan Bank of Cincinnati. He has served on his homeowner’s association board and the boards of several professional organizations. He would love to serve his neighbors in the OTR South SID.

Bob Deck

  • As a founding member of 4EG, Deck serves as COO for the company’s Cincinnati and Columbus bar concepts.

Small Property Owner

Anthony Maieron

  • Anthony Maieron is the founder and co-owner of Revel Urban Winery. Anthony has a passion for entrepreneurship and community development. He currently sits as an Executive Committee member of the OTR Chamber and is a member of the Main Street Pop-Up Grant Committee. Anthony is driven by his commitment to supporting small businesses and nurturing community spirit. In his words, "OTR has always been a special place for me. It has an unparalleled soul and character—a blend of rich history and innovative spirit that sets it apart. I value the diversity and the vibrant community that makes OTR a unique place to live and work.”

Gavin Campbell

  • Campbell grew up in Pittsburgh, PA and attended Walsh University. Post graduation, he moved to Cincinnati to work in Liz Keating's City Council Office. He currently works at REDI Cincinnati doing government affairs work. He has lived in Over the Rhine since May 2023 and previously resided at 216 1/2 Orchard Street.
