Board of Trustees

The OTR South SID Board of Trustees will serve a term equal to the term of the renewed Services Plan, 2025-2028. The nine members elected by the property owners will serve with one appointee from the City of Cincinnati and one appointee from Hamilton County.

The 11-member board is comprised of the following individuals:

• Nonprofit Property Owner: Andy Hutzel

• Large Property Owner: Todd Voelkerding

• Medium Property Owner: Greg Badger

• Small Property Owner: Anthony Maieron

• At-Large Property Owner: Bobby Maly

• At-Large Property Owner: Daniel Baranowski

• Residential Renter Representative*: Gavin Campbell

• Hamilton County Appointee: Kelly Adamson

• City of Cincinnati Appointee: OPEN POSITION

• City of Cincinnati Appointee: OPEN POSITION
